In Alabama is there a law governing bingo halls? We are under a no gambling rule law. Bingo is considered gambling but there are exceptions when it is opened for non profit organizations such as churches or charities. Is there a law concerning if an individual wants to open one? My information may be totally wrong. Any help will do.
